Polishing operations proceed step‑by‑step to achieve required gloss levels on visible cosmetic faces. Texturing or etching processes are applied for matte‑finish housings. Strict visual inspection is performed post‑treatment to eliminate scratches, tool marks and uneven texture. All surface work follows the appearance reference provided within project specifications.

Quality Control & Project Delivery
Machining work follows finalized design documents. Processing progress is tracked throughout production. After machining, multiple trial‑mould cycles and continuous production simulation validate tool performance.
